I think the only way Rumsfeld is leaving the cabinet is if he's exposed to sunlight. This is unlikely, as the secret service keeps him deep, deep underground, except for when they need to move him around. Even then, they keep him in a windowless hyperbaric chamber that NASA designed. Oh yeah, there is one other way — if the vampire who made him is killed, Rumsfeld will die too. But what are the chances of anyone killing Charlton Heston?
